Movement/Strength
After serving twenty-two years in the USAF, USMC, and United States Antarctic Program, Scott founded Redpoint Training-performance cooperative. With hobbies from alpine sports to archery, the one thing he found was that these pursuits all had something in common. If one could apply certain principles, he or she would separate themselves from the “rank and file” of each discipline. The ability to adapt and comply to basic movement principles will set you above the rest.
The truth is, the passion was always in the training. The event was a byproduct. After retiring, Scott spent most of his time training and chasing some of the best pioneers and coaches on the planet. He is continually learning and associating himself with those pioneers.
Scott believes the human body is an amazing creation. The potential for impressive improvement is endless. This is not only for the athlete, but for the everyday person as well!
